Near Clevedon pier
The Theatre Royal, Bath. The Last Confession, with David Suchet in the lead. It's going to the West End next, and I want everyone to see it.
One of the lambs is lame, poor little thing! Its front legs are all shaky and it spends most of its time on its knees (foot rot, Pa D. suggests?) It’s pathetic-looking enough to be written by Dickens.
Winchester Cathedral. Met my bro and sis-in-law for picnic here.

I love David Suchet! (Well, I love Poirot, but I've heard he's a great actor in general.)
I caught a fascinating documentary the other day about how Winchester Cathedral was saved from collapse a century ago by ingenious engineers and one very persistent diver.
Poor little lamb.
The documentary sounds interesting - I've never heard about that.
Yes, David Suchet is great, and he has an wonderfully compelling, rich voice - quite different from his Poirot voice.
